
CATC is a privately funded not-for-profit 501(c)(6) corporation.
Budget – Estimated $200,000.
Membership - CATC has four membership levels, tiered by the amount of annual dues:
- Basic (minimum $1,000)
- Regular (minimum $2,500)
- Corporate (minimum $5,000)
- Sustaining (minimum $10,000)
Governing Bodies
- Board of Directors – Corporate and Sustaining Member representatives, six representatives elected from the Regular and Basic members, and Officers
- Executive Committee – Sustaining Member representatives, three representatives elected from the Board of Directors, and Officers
- Officers – Chair, Secretary, Chair-Elect, Executive Director, and Past Chairs
In addition, the Board of Directors has appointed a Technical Committee to serve as an advisory to the Board and Executive Committee regarding issues that can benefit from its members technical expertise and experience.
Member Meetings
- The Board generally meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 AM
- The Executive Committee meets as needed
- The Annual Meeting of all CATC members is held in November or December
- The Technical Committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 AM.
