
1) Identify and evaluate infrastructure options to determine supportable system projects.
2) Identify and advance a regional transportation plan that specifies priority projects based on defined criteria (moving people, political reality, economic development objectives, connectivity, benefit-cost, etc.).
3) Identify and sponsor funding mechanisms and other support to accomplish priority projects.
4) Conduct activities necessary to sustain and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

- Promote public support for toll financing
- Implement Toll Education Program
- Support Phase 2 and 3 toll-road plans
- Monitor regional mobility plan (Charles River/URS) study
- Define and advance priority projects in a 10-year Mobility Action Plan
- Confirm priority roadway projects to be completed in 10 years based on defined criteria and undertake all possible actions to complete these projects
- Monitor CAMPO actions, recommending changes and offering support as appropriate
- Promote timely funding of CAMPO 2030 Plan major arterials and support major arterial connections to SH130
- Participate in Loop 1 Corridor Study and monitor CAMPO’s Preferred Growth Corridor Study
- Monitor rail and transit proposals and respond as appropriate
- Coordinate business community transportation advocacy
- Monitor and support statewide efforts to protect existing state funding and promote additional roadway funding
- Push implementation of Peer Review recommendations
- Facilitate intergovernmental cooperation on transportation planning and funding
- Identify and publicize a comprehensive regional transportation system plan
